Got my car the vip special for $50 and it was worth it. They cleaned everything in the car, toke out the car mats and cleaned underneath it. They vacuumed, cleaned and shined my tires. The workers were very friendly and very detailed. The lady inside that I paid with even gave me a $7 dollar off coupon for next time with any service. They had a lot of workers doing the job and it got done nice, fast and efficient. Definitely will be back soon.

I’ve been bringing my car to Riverfront Car wash for a while now and they always do such a great job. The team is friendly, fast, and my car always comes out looking spotless inside and out. I really appreciate the attention to detail and how convenient the whole experience is. Definitely one of my go-to spots in Hoboken whenever my car needs a good wash. And they have free water and coffee for the customers, this is a good plus! Highly recommend!

They publish 25$ cost, the to wash the mats it adds 4$. Meanwhile they say there is an offer that for $30 cleans upgrades to the higher package. I paid 29$ the trank's mat was not washed (additional 1$) and was washed in front of me with a hose and no soap. Ok this all might have been a misunderstanding, fine. However the final result is the car's windows have shates because it wasn't cleaned well, likewise the car wasn't washed/ dry properly and looks dirty. Very cheap! This was the second time I went there, the first time also I did not have a good experience but I wanted to give it a second shot

Negative 0 stars. This business charged me for a service they did not perform. I paid for the “Ritz package” plus an additional $4 for mat cleaning. The service was rushed (under 10 minutes) and incomplete. The tires were still dirty, the interior was not wiped down, and the mats I paid extra for were not cleaned. I had to ask them to perform basic tasks like wiping the windows and center console, which should already be included in any standard car wash. The staff were dismissive and uncooperative. I tipped prior to realizing the service was not completed, which I now regret. After leaving, I contacted the business to request a partial refund due to incomplete service. I was already in Edgewater at the time. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to return or was dismissed with an unprofessional and rude response. This is not a matter of dissatisfaction—it is a failure to provide the service that was paid for. I do not have time to go back and forth from town to town. The job should have been done the first time and when i mentioned it to the worker he told me i should’ve paid for the VIP service which was insane! My husband went to this car wash for the first time and was amazed at the service. Our car’s interior was muddy and very dirty, the outside full of dry salt and snow from recent snowstorms. He said everyone was very friendly, prices were good, service was quick and specially the job they did with our car. We have a minivan and usually other car washes always “forget” the third row so thats the first thing I checked. I was surprised that they cleaned back there lol. We would definitely come back for our regular washes and would recommend friends/family members.
